Gifts can be made online using a credit card, debit card or PayPal on the Student Emergency Fund giving page or Panama City Seminole Emergency Relief Fund giving page.Gifts can also be made via check made payable to the FSU Foundation. How quickly will the support get to students? The student emergency funds have been created to be put to work immediately for our students. Support will be granted to students who complete an application process and distributed as both need and financial support is identified. Simply put, the more funds raised, the more students we are able to help at a faster speed! How will the money be used? The student emergency funds will be used to support students facing financial crises and address needs from food insecurity and emergency travel to housing assistance. Additionally, we continue operating our Food for Thought Pantry to support our students. The FSU Division of Student Affairs Department of Student Support and Transitions (DSST) has information on available resources, including information on the Student Emergency Fund.Students should contact DSST at dsst@fsu.edu to begin the application process if eligible.
