Mark and Nan Hillis Continue Their Generous Support of Their Alma Mater

Over the years, Florida State University College of Business graduates Mark and Nan Casper Hillis have shown their loyalty and support to the university in countless ways.

They established endowed funds for the College of Business finance and real estate departments, as well as for the university’s Undergraduate Studies Endowment for Research and football programs. They donated real estate to the university to support construction of the Veterans Legacy Complex, and contributed to Legacy Hall, the future home of the College of Business. They have contributed generously to the FSU Alumni Association, which named its dining room in the Pearl Tyner House in the Alumni Center after them.

Now, the two have funded a $350,000 charitable gift annuity that establishes the Mark and Nancy Casper Hillis Professorship in Real Estate at the College of Business. The professorship will allow the college to recruit or retain an exceptional real estate scholar.
